Associate of Applied Science
Many physicians have been recommending massage therapy for years. Today, massage therapy is being used as a means of treating painful ailments, decompressing tired and overworked muscles, reducing stress, rehabilitating sports injuries, and promoting general health. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, employment for massage therapists is expected to grow faster than average through 2014 as more people learn about the benefits of massage therapy.* If you are interested in a career as a therapeutic massage and bodywork specialist, Kaplan College can provide the education and career training you need to succeed in this rewarding career.
